Architects and interior designers in Kandivali.
Family homes in fast-growing residential towers between Malad and Borivali. We work across Kandivali West, Kandivali East, Thakur Village and Mahavir Nagar.
Designing for Kandivali
Kandivali is one of the western suburbs' main family neighbourhoods. Thakur Village, Mahavir Nagar and the streets around them are full of residential towers and cooperative societies, many of them recently built or redeveloped.
Most projects here are full home interiors for families who want a home that is well planned and easy to live with. We focus on storage that actually fits what you own, kitchens that work for daily Indian cooking, and bathrooms that stay dry and clean through the monsoon.
We also help with older flats that need complete renovation, including new wiring, plumbing and waterproofing, so that the home is sound behind the surfaces as well as on them.

Process
Clear steps, no surprises.
Each stage ends with clear decisions, drawings and costs agreed with you before we move on.
Listen
We begin with conversations, not drawings. How you live or work, what you love about the places you know, what the budget and timeline really are.
Read the site
Sun paths, prevailing winds, views, neighbours, soil and regulations. The site sets the first rules of the design.
Concept
Sketches, models and early studies that test a few clear ideas. We choose one direction together before going further.
Design development
Plans, sections, materials and details refined with structural and services consultants, with cost checked at every stage.
Drawings & approvals
Complete construction drawings, specifications and the documentation needed for statutory approvals.
On site
Regular site visits, mock-ups and close work with contractors and craftspeople until the last detail is in place.
