Goregaon sits between some of the busiest new development in the western suburbs and some of its greenest land. Towers have risen quickly on both sides of the railway line, while Aarey and Film City keep large areas of trees close by.

Many of the homes here are new apartments, handed over as bare shells or with basic builder finishes. We help owners turn them into homes that suit them, rethinking layouts where the structure allows and planning lighting, storage and finishes together.

Do you replace builder finishes?

Only where it is worth it. Sometimes the existing flooring or bathrooms can stay, and the budget goes further elsewhere.

How are fees structured?

Fees depend on the scope, scale and complexity of the work. They are usually either a percentage of construction cost or a fixed fee per stage. We agree this in writing before design work begins.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Anything you have: a site plan or address, photographs, a rough brief, images you like and an idea of budget and timeline. None of it needs to be complete.
