Practice

Architecture, interiors and landscape, as one.

We work across scales and disciplines, so the building, the rooms inside it and the spaces around it are designed together as one continuous idea.

Disciplines

What we do.

  • 01

    Architecture

New buildings from first sketch to completion: private residences, apartment buildings, villas, workplaces and hospitality. Every plan starts with orientation, daylight and air movement.

  • 02

    Interior Architecture

Interiors conceived as architecture, not decoration. Spatial planning, joinery, lighting and material palettes designed together so a space holds up to daily life.

    Landscape & Outdoor Rooms

Courtyards, terraces, gardens and the threshold spaces in between. Native planting, shade and water that make outdoor living comfortable through the year.

  • 04

    Adaptive Reuse & Restoration

Giving existing buildings a second life. We study what is there, keep what is worth keeping and add what the building now needs, with care for its history.

    Masterplanning

Site strategy for campuses, layouts and multi-building developments. Movement, open space, phasing and climate studied before any single building is drawn.

Process

How a project unfolds.

Six stages, each closing with clear decisions, drawings and costs agreed with you before we move on.

01

Listen

We begin with conversations, not drawings. How you live or work, what you love about the places you know, what the budget and timeline really are.

02

Read the site

Sun paths, prevailing winds, views, neighbours, soil and regulations. The site sets the first rules of the design.

03

Concept

Sketches, models and early studies that test a few clear ideas. We choose one direction together before going further.

04

Design development

Plans, sections, materials and details refined with structural and services consultants, with cost checked at every stage.

05

Drawings & approvals

Complete construction drawings, specifications and the documentation needed for statutory approvals.

06

On site

Regular site visits, mock-ups and close work with contractors and craftspeople until the last detail is in place.

Questions, answered

What kinds of projects do you take on?
Private residences and villas, apartment and home interiors, workplaces, hospitality and retail spaces, and the restoration or reuse of existing buildings. If you are unsure whether your project is a fit, write to us and we will tell you honestly.
Do you handle both architecture and interiors?
Yes. We prefer to design the building, its interiors and its outdoor spaces together, but we also take on interior-only and architecture-only commissions.
How are fees structured?
Fees depend on the scope, scale and complexity of the work. They are usually either a percentage of construction cost or a fixed fee per stage. We agree this in writing before design work begins.
Do you help with approvals?
We prepare the drawings and documents required for statutory approvals and coordinate with the relevant consultants through the process.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
We are based in Mumbai and are happy to discuss projects elsewhere when the brief is the right fit for the studio.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Anything you have: a site plan or address, photographs, a rough brief, images you like and an idea of budget and timeline. None of it needs to be complete.
