Designing for Thane
Thane has grown into a city of its own, with large residential developments along Ghodbunder Road and Pokhran Road, the lakes at its centre and the Yeoor hills behind. Homes here are often larger than in central Mumbai, which opens up more design possibilities.
We design full interiors for new apartments and villas, and renovations for older homes in the established parts of the city. With more space to work with, we can plan proper entrances, generous kitchens, family rooms and home offices that would be hard to fit in elsewhere.
Thane falls under the Thane Municipal Corporation, which has its own development rules. For new buildings and larger changes, we plan around them from the start.
