Designing for Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai was planned as a new city, built in nodes such as Vashi, Nerul, Belapur and Kharghar, each with its own residential sectors, open spaces and markets. Unlike much of Mumbai, it still has independent plots and row houses where families can build homes from scratch.
That makes it one of the best places in the region to design a house properly, with orientation, shade, cross ventilation and a garden planned together from the first sketch. We also design interiors for apartments across the nodes and for the many new developments coming up with the new airport.
Land in Navi Mumbai is largely developed by CIDCO, and building permissions come from either the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation or CIDCO depending on the area. We check which applies to your plot during feasibility.
